Apple Hultz (they/them) is a multidisciplinary artist and creative professional whose work is rooted in contemporary performance practices. Apple is inspired by art and its capacity to liberate and transcend, aiming to reject normativity and uplift Queer experience.

Guided by intuitive and embodied practices, Apple explores the intersections between the physical and the spiritual, the human and the divine. Their practice approaches art-making as a living, breathing act and spans devised performance, writing, movement, and various expressive forms. As a trans and nonbinary artist, Apple’s lived experience shapes a body-based inquiry into what it means to be alive, to feel, and to connect through shared human experience.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Apple has traveled and worked internationally in Guatemala, Spain, and Portugal. Through their work, Apple hopes to ignite a more colorful, Queer, and creative world bound by connection and authentic expression.
